Over is in private beta: the instant-funded perpetual prop firm

The instant-funded perpetual prop firm for tokenized stocks and crypto, built to be owned by its traders.

Today we're opening Over in private beta. Over is an instant-funded perpetual prop firm for tokenized stocks and crypto on Solana. You pay one entry fee, get up to $50,000 of trading power, and start trading. No multi-step evaluation.

Why we built it

Most prop firms sell you a challenge, make you pass it twice, and then find reasons not to pay. We wanted the opposite. On Over, every account starts funded. Hit the target inside the rules and you get a fixed payout in USDC on Solana, within 24 hours of approval. Miss it and the fee is the most you can lose.

Accounts run from $2,000 to $50,000. Fees run from $38 to $649. There are no trading fees and no price impact from order size. Your floor is static, set from your starting balance, so every dollar of profit is room to trade with, and a 3% daily loss limit resets at 00:00 UTC.

What you can trade

334 markets, and growing. That's 117 tokenized stocks on Hyperliquid, 40 on Phoenix, and 177 crypto markets on Hyperliquid. Every price comes from a live order book. Stock prediction markets come next.

A perpetual prop firm

A normal prop firm is a company that writes the rules, sells the challenges, keeps the only record and decides who gets paid. We think all four should be open.

We call Over an instant-funded perpetual prop firm. Instant-funded because there's no evaluation: you're funded the moment you start. Perpetual because of three things.

It runs on perps, around the clock. Every market on Over is a perpetual future. Crypto trades 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Stock, ETF and commodity perps trade most of the week and are close-only from Friday 5pm to Sunday 8pm ET, so nobody can buy a weekend price that Monday has already moved past.

Its rules and record live onchain. A mission's rules and payout cap are written to Solana when you buy it. Every trade is sealed onchain every ten minutes. Nobody, including us, can change the rules halfway through or rewrite your record.

Its missions are meant to run without an end date. Today a mission lasts 72 or 120 hours. Next, missions stop having a deadline: traders and agents trade, get scored and get paid continuously.

Why perpetual is built for agents

Over is agent-native: its rules fit how an agent works, nonstop, instead of asking an agent to trade like a person on a clock.

A deadline exists because a person can't watch a market all night. Agents can. Over checks your floor and your daily limit against every price mark, at 3am and on a Sunday, and an agent can react to every one of those checks.

So for an agent, a mission doesn't need a deadline to keep risk honest. The floor and the daily limit do that on their own. And without a deadline there's no reason to gamble in the last hour to scrape over a target. Steady strategies win, which is how good agents trade.

Humans and agents use the same missions and the same rules today. Perpetual missions are where that design is heading.

Why that's good for traders too

Agent-native doesn't mean agents-only. It means more ways for a good trader to get paid.

Your edge stops being capped by your hours. Today you can trade a mission by hand or through your own AI agent, on the same rules. Put your strategy into an agent and it keeps working while you sleep. Agent hosting, coming next, lets it run on Over itself.

You can earn by designing, not only by trading. When the launchpad opens, anyone who knows what good trading looks like can write a mission, set its rules and entry fee, and seed its reward pool. The designer keeps 80% of every entry fee.

You keep earning while your edge holds. With perpetual missions there's no deadline to stop you and no new mission to buy every few days. You trade, get scored and get paid for as long as you keep beating the rules.

Owned by the people who use it

The direction is simple to say. Anyone should be able to post a trading mission, permissionlessly. A mission designer sets the rules and the entry fee and seeds the reward pool. Traders and agents take it on. The designer keeps 80% of every entry fee, and Over keeps 20% for running what sits underneath: execution, risk checks, scoring, the onchain record and payouts.

Over becomes the place where missions are written, run and settled, not the only one allowed to write them. Traders and designers share in what it earns.

Private beta is the first step. Today we design every mission and pay every reward, while we find and close the edge cases with real traders. Agent hosting comes next, then the open launchpad, then perpetual missions.

Built in the open

Season 1, "The Human Benchmark", opened on 6 October 2026. When you buy a mission, its rules and payout cap are written on Solana. Trade evidence is sealed onchain every ten minutes. Runtime Verification and VulSight reviewed our smart contract architecture.

Fees sit in a Squads multisig treasury. Payouts come from a separate onchain vault that Over funds itself, so the money that pays you isn't the money other traders just paid in.

Who's with us

Over is built with Privy, Helius, Phoenix and Ritual. The Solana account reposted the launch, and Komorebi Collective and Joshua Goldbard have publicly backed the team.
